This is an immediate out of the box business that will save you years of time, planning, expense, development and aggravation.  The work has already been done. The contracts with our international manufacturing are in place. The leg-work of visiting every UTV factory in Asia is done. What we have developed through a joint cooperation and with the right contracts give us the ability to grow this brand without the risk of loosing control of our product or competing with our manufacturer. The primary reason is that we are now under contract for the factory management and have our own team of European managers on the ground watching every single process. The CEO of RUESCH is in Asia two weeks of every month working to improve performance parts, develop affordable accessories and search out additional products that can be made available through our dealer network. 

Everything is in place, the timing is right, the investment is minimal and the return is astounding. While the rest of the world is struggling with real-estate and stock markets, our partners are benefiting from the economy that is causing uncertainty in other investments.  Farmers, Governments, Militaries, Developers, Resorts, contractors, pipelines, forestry and a hundred other entities are all looking for a more affordable vehicle for their businesses. A versatile vehicle that can carry people, tools and parts around jobsites, resorts, highways, farms or anywhere for less. The RUESCH UTV gets 38 miles per gallon, is lightweight and can be customized towards any application. In many countries the insurance companies have given notice to their commercial accounts that in 12 months they will no longer have coverage for accidents involving ATV’s The ATV is dangerous for commercial applications. Difficult to carry materials and tools and awkward for driving 2 workers at the same time. We are negotiating a contract with the Alaska Pipeline for 380 machines, we are also negotiating with the Canadian Railroad for 2600 machines. They both have only one year to replace their fleet of ATV vehicles and RUESCH is the only company that is stepping up and offering to fully accessorize the vehicle for their specific needs.
